We have been licensed by the USPS since 1993 to provide Uniforms to all crafts inside the USPS and have been in the Uniform business since 1981. When you check out you will be asked to input your Postal Craft, your annual allotment amount, your current allotment balance, and your clothing allotment anniversary date. All postal uniform allowance cards are classified as a VISA card so please select VISA card on checkout. If you are unsure of your annual allowance amount, your current allowance balance, or your anniversary date, please call Citibank toll free at 800-287-5003 (have your card ready, you will be asked to input your card number and the last 4 digits of your SSN). Please jot down the info you hear in the automated system so you can enter it upon checkout. If you go over your allowance amount please call us with a personal credit card to satisfy your balance due.

UNIFORM ALLOWANCE AMOUNTS AND DISCOUNT SCHEDULE (revised 05-21-2025)

Letter Carriers: Veteran Carriers with clothing allowance anniversary dates on or after 05-21-2025 are now $536 (select up to $590 for your $536 allowance). Veteran Carriers with clothing allowance anniversary dates before 05-21-2025 are still $499 (select up to $550 for your $499 allowance). New Carriers with first years uniform allowance anniversary dates on or after 05-21-2025 are now $661(select up to $730 for your $661 allowance). New Carriers with first years uniform allowance anniversary dates prior to 05-21-2025 are still $615 (select up to $680 for your $615 allowance)
City Carrier Assistants: Supervisors should issue you a uniform allowance authorization form for the amount of your uniform allowance.
CCA's with clothing allowance eligibility dates on or after 05-21-2025 are now $536 (select up to $590 for your $536 allowance). CCA's with allowance eligibility dates prior to 05-21-2025 are still $499 (select up to $550 in merchandise for your $499 allowance).

MVS Drivers: purchase Letter Carrier uniforms, but can also purchase maintenance coveralls, we will apply vehicle service tabs on Bomber Jackets and Windbreakers, and we remove the stripes from pants as required.
All Veteran MVS Drivers allowances amounts are $537 (you may select up to $590 in merchandise for your $537 allowance).
All New MVS Drivers with first year allowances the amounts are $662 (you may select up to $730 in merchandise for your $662 allowance).
Mailhandlers:
Lower level Mail Handlers with clothing allowance anniversary dates prior to 05-21-2025 are still $106 (spend up to $117). Lower level Mailhandlers with clothing allowance anniversary dates on or after 05-21-2025 allowances are increased to $109 (spend up to $120).
Higher Level Mail Handlers with clothing allowance anniversary dates prior to 05-21-2025 are still $207 (spend up to $228).
Higher Level Mail Handlers with clothing allowance anniversary dates on or after 05-21-2025 are now $212 (spend up to $234).
Maintenance Crafts:
All Lower level maintenance workers allowances are now $110 (spend up to $121)
All Higher Level Maintenance workers are now still $209 (you may select up to $230).
Motor Vehicle Maintenance Mechanics:
All Motor Vehicle mechanics allowances are now $262 (you may select up to $288)
Field maintenance or letterbox mechanic: NOTE **may purchase any maintenance or carrier item.
All Field Maintenance or Letterbox mechanic allowance amounts are now $537 (you may select up to $590)
Window Clerks:
All Veteran Window Clerks allowances are now $230 (you may select up to $253)
All New Window Clerks with 1st year allowances the amounts are now $260 (you may select up to $286)
Notes on site navigation: Postal regulations require that you purchase items within your craft designation. Please stay within your craft when ordering. When you see an item you would like to order or look at, click on the picture or the bold text above the description and a new window will open and allow you to look at the description of the item and there will be a drop down to choose a size if applicable. Choose a quantity and add to your cart. Repeat until you're done shopping and simply check out. All orders are shipped VIA USPS with tracking.
