If you are unsure of your annual amount, your current allotment balance, or your anniversary date please call Citibank toll free at 800-287-5003 (have your card ready, you will be asked to input your card number and the last 4 digits of your SSN). Please jot down the info you hear in the automated system so you can enter it upon checkout.

USPS UNIFORM ALLOWANCE AMOUNTS AND DISCOUNT SCHEDULE (revised 11-21-11)

Letter Carriers: Uniform Allotments for veteran carriers with clothing allotment anniversary dates on or after 11-21-10 are now $371 (spend up to $400 or 7% discount).

Letter Carrier: Uniform allotments for 1st year letter carriers with anniversary dates on or after 11-21-10 are $457 (spend up to $490)

MVS Drivers(use L/C uniforms, can buy maint. coveralls, veh serv tabs on outerwear, no stripes on pants.)

All Veteran MVS Drivers allotments are $371.00 (may spend up to $400.00 or 7% discount if used all at once)  

All New Drivers allotments are $457 (spend up to $490 or 7% discount if used all at once).  

Mailhandlers
Lower level mailhandlers with allotment dates on or after 11-21-10 are now $74.00 (may spend up to $79.00 or 7% discount if used all at once).  

Higher level Mailhandlers with allotment dates on or after 11-21-10 are now $147.00 (may spend up to $157 or 7% discount if used all at once).
 
Maintenance Crafts
Lower level maintenance workers with anniversary dates on or after 11-21-11 are now $79.00 (may spend up to $85.00 or 7% discount if used all at once).
Lower level maintenance workers with anniversary dates prior to 11-21-11 are still $75.00 (may spend up to $80.00)  

All higher level Maintenance workers are $147.00 (may spend up to $157 or 7% discount if used all at once)

Motor Vehicle Mechanics with anniversary dates on or after 11-21-11 are now $190.00 (May spend up to $203 or 7% discount if used all at once)
Motor Vehicle Mechanics with anniversary dates before 11-21-11 are still $181.00 (may spend up to $194.00)  

All Field maintenance or letterbox mechanics are $371.00 (may spend up to $400.00 or 7% discount if used all at once)  NOTE **may purchase any maintenance or carrier item.

Window Clerks(some small town Postmasters)

Veteran Window Clerks are $167.00 for anniversary dates on or after 11-21-11 (may spend up to $178.00 or 7% discount if used all at once). Windows clerks with anniversary dates prior to 11-21-11 are still $159.00 (spend up to $170.00 if spent all at once)

All New window clerks are $178.00 (may spend up to $190.00 or 7% discount if used all at once).
